Bob Krzysik Classification Talk
Married for 18 years to spouse, Cindy, lives on North Haddow, a walking and biking distance from local schools. They have two children, Christian, a 7th grader who loves basketball and baseball, and a daughter in 5th grade, Alyssa, who loves gymnastics and plays soccer.
Bob and Cindy have lived in Boca Raton and Newport Beach. They came to Arlington Heights because of the schools and Midwestern values.
Their most memorable vacation was to Puerto Vallarta, 'zip lines', rappelling, and seeing their daughter catch and protect young turtles. The family loves animals. Now with two dogs, a cat, and a bird, Cindy also has a mobile dog grooming business ('Dirty Dog'). She previously ran her own Des Plaines coffee shop and managed a Palatine photography studio.
Bob has always liked talking to people and helping them. His background includes 18½ years in savings, loan processing, credit and sales. He moved to National City Bank 1½ years ago, and uses the special skill of being fluent in Polish. He's a business banker, helping counsel and arrange loans, and focusing on healthcare, manufacturing, professionals, non-profits and religious organizations. Though he used to supervise a large staff, he now does what he likes, supervising himself while helping others!
In Q & A, he said he's seen a slow, cautious optimism in manufacturing and trucking. 'Credit is available...to those who meet the more traditional requirements.' Asked if many in the Polish community have returned home after the boom times here, he said some have but others have reduced the size of their crews and focused on making ends meet like they always have. Talk business with Bob and his fellow banker Rotarians, and find out what zip lining is. (And, no, it's not a problem encountered getting dressed in the morning!). Welcome to the club, Bob.
